As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our sales team.

We are currently hiring a Sales Representative to join our expanding Golf Irrigation business to drive sales and expand our customer base within the golf industry. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with golf course superintendents and facilities managers, providing them with customized irrigation solutions to meet their specific needs.  Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate leads, prospect new clients, and close sales within the golf industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with golf course superintendents, facilities managers, and other key decision-makers.
  • Conduct on-site visits and assessments to understand the irrigation needs of prospective clients and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that demonstrate the value of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with our design and service teams to develop innovative irrigation solutions that meet the unique requirements of each golf course.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-installation service and support.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the golf industry or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and technology, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and achieve personal and professional goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
