Assistant Superintendent in Training

The Thornhill Club is currently seeking a dedicated Assistant Superintendent in Training to join our professional team. The successful candidate will have graduated from a recognized turf program or be in the process of completion.

Working collaboratively with the Assistant Golf Course Superintendents and the Golf Course Superintendent, this motivated individual will assist in maintaining and enhancing the golf course and grounds through staff management and training, agronomic planning and implementation, and irrigation management.

As a forward thinking, detail oriented, and organized member of the team, the Assistant Superintendent in Training will promote a positive work environment and safe work practices as guided by the department. They will be committed to contributing to a learning environment, while achieving the professional development to support personal growth.
