Position to be Filled: Turf Services Representative

Position Description: We are looking for a hard working, motivated and trustworthy individual to join our Turf Services team. As a part of our team, the Turf Services Tech will be expected to travel throughout GTA and Golden Horse Shoe to perform our turf services for our customers. This includes golf courses, sports fields, lawn bowling clubs as well as commercial and home properties. This is a full-time, year round position which offers a competitive compensation and benefit package.

Qualifications:

Have the ability (or the ability to learn) to operate tractors and motorized equipment
Have the knowledge to troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on equipment
Possess a valid Ontario driver’s licence
A strong work ethic with the willingness to work extra hours when necessary
Attention to detail a must
Detailed record keeping
Represent Zander Sod Company in a positive manner
Turf maintenance education and/or work experience a definite asset
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
Punctual, positive attitude and quick learner
Willing to get their A restricted License for towing equipment
