Oliver's Nest is a semi-private golf club located just outside of Lindsay Ontartio. Part of the Cardinal Golf Group. We are seeking a motivated individual to lead the turf team in maintaining the high level of playing conditions that the course is famous for. Oliver's is an 18 hole club that does an average of 30,000 rounds per year and has a strong bond with the local community.

Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the department which will include:

health and safety
administration duties
staffing/training
budgeting
irrigation/pest/fertility management

Qualifications:

experience at a senior level of turf maintenance
strong background in turf/irrigation management
strong leadership/communications
well organized
pesticide license
IPM agent
